These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the pbaje platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wagers. By accessing pbaje, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pbaje ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://pbaje.app. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any feature of the pbaje platform in any capacity, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pbaje platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms shall constitute your acceptance of the amended version.
pbaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will be revised accordingly. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their English meaning. Where any translation is provided for informational purposes, the English version shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency.
2. Age Restriction & Eligibility
In addition to the minimum age requirement, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria to use the pbaje platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
- You are accessing the platform on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
- You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you have satisfied yourself that your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
- You are not an employee, director, officer, agent, or close family member of an employee of pbaje or any of its affiliated companies, technology providers, or payment processing partners.
- You do not have an existing pbaje account that has been suspended, closed for cause, or subject to a self-exclusion order.
- You are acting in good faith and for personal entertainment purposes only — not to exploit technical errors, bonus structures, or payment processing systems.
pbaje employs age verification procedures at the point of registration and during the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. If a player is found to be under 18, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposited funds (minus any bonuses received) will be returned through the original payment method where technically possible.
3. Account Registration & Verification
To access real-money features of the pbaje platform — including deposits, withdrawals, and live betting — you must register a personal account. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on the pbaje platform. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address. You must not use false or misleading information, impersonate another person, or use a name that you are not legally entitled to use.

- Source of Funds: In certain cases, we may request documentation confirming the legitimate source of funds used for gambling activity.
pbaje will process KYC documents within two to five business days of receipt. You are responsible for ensuring that the documents you submit are clear, legible, and unexpired. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
pbaje reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account at our sole discretion, including where we have reasonable grounds to believe that the registration violates these Terms or applicable law.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
pbaje supports a range of payment methods tailored to the Bangladesh market. Accepted deposit and withdrawal channels include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on pbaje are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum single deposit limit imposed by pbaje, although your chosen payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Deposits made via mobile money services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your pbaje account balance within 30 seconds of confirmation from the payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the pbaje payments team during operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Standard processing time for verified accounts is one to four business hours. Withdrawals to unverified accounts may take longer, and we reserve the right to withhold withdrawals pending the completion of KYC verification.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
- Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been used to make at least one deposit on your account (the "matching payment method" rule). This rule exists to prevent money laundering and to protect all players.
- The full name on your pbaje account must exactly match the name registered on the payment method used for withdrawal. Discrepancies will require additional verification documentation before the withdrawal can be released.
- If you received a welcome bonus or any promotional bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be fully met before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Refer to Section 5 (Bonus & Promotion Terms) for full details.
- pbaje reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal, at our sole discretion, regardless of account KYC status.
- In the event of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms, pbaje may delay, suspend, or permanently withhold a withdrawal pending investigation.
pbaje does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers (including mobile money operators and banks) may apply their own service charges. We recommend checking your provider's fee schedule before transacting.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms
pbaje offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, daily free spin allocations, reload bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed.
Welcome Bonus: New players who register a pbaje account and make their first qualifying deposit of at least ৳500 are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳30,000. The exact bonus amount is determined by the welcome offer active at the time of your first deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
Wagering Requirements: All bonuses issued by pbaje are subject to a wagering requirement. The standard wagering requirement is stated on each individual promotion page. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; if the validity period expires before the requirement is met, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
The following game contribution rates apply to wagering requirements unless otherwise specified on a promotion page:
- Slots (RNG): 100% contribution towards wagering requirements.
- Live Casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette): 10% contribution.
- Sports betting (Cricket, Football, Kabaddi): 100% contribution on settled single bets at minimum odds of 1.5.
- Crash games and instant-win titles: 50% contribution.
- Andar Bahar and Teen Patti: 20% contribution.
Bonus Abuse: pbaje actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of promotional structures, and coordinated activity across multiple accounts. If we determine that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, we reserve the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.
pbaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active bonuses that are already in progress (i.e., partially wagered) will not be applied retroactively unless required by applicable regulation or law.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using the pbaje platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, respectful, and honest manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players and visitors to the platform:
- You will provide truthful, accurate, and current information during registration and throughout your use of the platform, and will update your account details promptly if they change.
- You will not attempt to access another player's account, impersonate another person, or use credentials that do not belong to you.
- You will not use any automated software, bot, script, macro, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the pbaje platform in any way, including for the purposes of placing bets, collecting bonuses, or scraping data.
- You will not attempt to exploit any technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes on the platform. If you discover such an error, you are obliged to report it to support immediately. Any winnings generated as a result of exploiting a known error will be voided.
- You will not engage in collusion with other players, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer game environments, in a manner that unfairly disadvantages other participants.
- You will not use the pbaje platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime. All deposits must represent funds derived from legitimate sources that you are legally entitled to use.
- You will not engage in abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing behaviour towards pbaje staff, support agents, or other players in any communication channel including live chat.
- You will not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the pbaje platform's software, security systems, or payment infrastructure.
Violation of any of the above obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and entitles pbaje to take immediate action, including but not limited to account suspension, account closure, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where appropriate.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
pbaje reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to do so. Grounds for suspension or closure include but are not limited to:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
- Submission of fraudulent, forged, or misleading identity or payment documents.
- Suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
- Bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional structures.
- Operation of multiple accounts by the same individual.
- Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
- Account inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable inactivity fees, are disclosed in the relevant section of the account dashboard.
- A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
Where an account is closed by pbaje for cause (i.e., due to a breach of these Terms), any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited at our discretion. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach (e.g., due to voluntary closure by the player or inactivity), the remaining balance will be returned to the player through the verified payment method on file, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting pbaje support via the live chat function in their account dashboard. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. 8. Limitation of Liability
The pbaje platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, accurate odds, and uninterrupted payment processing, pbaje makes no warranty — express or implied — that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or technical faults at all times.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pbaje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Loss of winnings due to technical failures, server outages, or connectivity issues on your device or internet service provider's network.
- Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to complete KYC verification before requesting a withdrawal.
- Any disruption to service caused by events outside pbaje's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, civil unrest, cyberattacks, or failure of third-party infrastructure.
- Losses arising from your decision to gamble — you acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose all funds deposited on the platform.
- Unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to protect your login credentials.
In any event, and to the extent permitted by law, pbaje's aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit pbaje's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy (each of which is incorporated by reference), constitute the entire agreement between you and pbaje with respect to your use of the platform. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
